Calls and inquiries submitted through our website may be routed to licensed insurance agents or partner agencies who can assist with your coverage needs. These agents or agencies may be independent contractors or third-party organizations.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages resulting from any insurance coverage or lack thereof
• Damages resulting from information provided by licensed agents or partner agencies
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your information

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed $100.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that any particular insurance plan will be available to you or that you will qualify for any specific coverage, premium rate, or subsidy.
